Methodology

Computed values are validated against a cited reference and fail closed if they don’t agree (the Auditable Calculation Standard). Spec values require two independent authoritative sources in agreement; genuine disagreement is held, not published; absent data is left blank, never invented (the Tabulated-Data Doctrine).
